EvoTorque

The EvoTorque® is an electronic torque tool designed for applying torque to threaded fasteners. The unique ‘Intelligent Joint Sensing’ technology will accurately tighten to the correct torque without the risk of excess overshoot or undershoot that is common in other electric tools.

EvoTorque® utilizes patent pending motor technology and shut off control software to give unprecedented joint control from hard through to soft joints. Water and dust sealed to IP44 the tool has third party sound verification (Lwa) of 72.3dB (A) and a vibration level of 0.304m/s² for smooth and quiet delivery.

Models are available from 1000 N•m to 6000 N•m in both 110V and 230V.

EvoTorque ET-72

  • Range from 200 N•m - 2000 N•m
  • Versions for 110V a.c. or 230V a.c.
  • Factory calibrated to ± 3%
  • Very low vibration levels using a non-impacting mechanism; this leads to comfortable and safe use with less damage to the tool, socket and threaded assembly
  • Reaction forces are contained by the reaction bar, so forces are not passed back to the operator
  • Several reaction bar styles available, including versions for restricted applications. Engineered to Order reaction accessories are also available.
  • Correct torque output from hard through to soft joints
    Indicator on the tool clearly signals that the correct Torque or Angle has been achieved
